5. Free Live Broadcast Footage
On behalf of Webtel.mobi, Associated Press Television News Corporate Services and Alfacam will stream live footage of The Challenge rehearsal on Tuesday November 24, and of The Challenge on Wednesday November 25, to both the Eutelsat and to BT Tower in London in Standard Definition format.

6. Free Photographs
Webtel.mobi will be providing free photographs and aerial photographs of The Challenge rehearsal on Tuesday November 24, and of The Challenge on Wednesday November 24, for publication.
The photographs will be in jpeg format and of print quality (300 dpi).
The photographs are free and royalty free for reproduction or publication, as long as they have the caption Photograph: Frank Herzog and Webtel.mobi attached when published or reproduced.
These will be available for download from the Webtel.mobi Website shortly after the conclusion of The Challenge rehearsal and The Challenge.
They may be obtained by clicking on the “Photos & Images” link in the menu on the left.
7. Media Attendance

9. Date or time adjustment
Although the date and time of The Challenge have been scheduled, Webtel.mobi’s standpoint is that consideration of the safety and wellbeing of all persons involved in The Challenge is paramount to all other considerations.
Therefore, if the weather conditions on the scheduled day or time of The Challenge rehearsal or The Challenge are unfavorable, the initiation of The Challenge will be postponed until conditions are favorable, and all members of The Challenge team will remain on-site in order to initiate The Challenge on the first available day when it is possible to do so.
